Job Summary

Supervise the effective management of daily routine of security officers. Ensure the safety and security of individuals and valuable materials in the property.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and arrange shift activities according to schedule requirements and staff availability.
• Establish and coordinate work schedule and post coverage.
• Make necessary changes to schedules in the event of unexpected absences.
• Review, coordinate and may authorize requests for time off and use of casual employees.
•  Conduct inspections of various security posts to ensure on-duty Security Attendants are
  properly performing their assigned tasks.
• Maintain a security blotter of all activities and incidents occurring during the shift.
•  Maintain close liaison with on-duty personnel at Dubai Police.
• Provide relievers for Security Attendants

Experience and Skills

• High School or equivalent.
• Vocational Diploma or certificate
• Train The Trainer.
• HACCP – basic
• Minimum 5 years experience in the security field.
• Intermediate – English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Basic Arabic communication skills, written and verbal
• Sira Certificate mandatory
