Job Purpose
Responsible in a shift of two, for the logistic requirements of crew on all cargo flights at outstations.
Job Outline: –
- Co-ordinate with external service providers like hotels, transport and catering providers at outstations.
- Proactively identify process issues and rectify.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders like Procurement, Flight Operations, Crewing, Catering, Network Control Centre to ensure smooth logistics for crew.
- Dispatch requisite APIS for cargo flights.
- Produce daily reports of any anomalies and lapses at stations for follow-up and remedial actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in Cargo/Aviation industry with a sound understanding of Cargo procedures and IATA regulations. Cabin Crew experience an asset. Knowledge/Skills
– Good communication skills.
– Problem solving expertise.
– Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
– Knowledge of MS Office packages, ability to compile reports.
– Strong planning and organisational skills with an eye for details.
